3. 甲方應按照國家相關法律法規的規定繳納稅款和其他費用。

二、服務內容及標準

1. 乙方應按照國家相關法律法規的規定，為甲方提供準確、及時的報關申報服務，并保證所提交的文件真實、完整、準確。

2. 乙方應按照國家相關法律法規的規定，為甲方提供合理的代理費用和服務標準。

三、保密條款

1. 雙方應對本協議涉及的商業秘密和其他機密信息予以保密，不得泄露給第三方。

2. 如因一方違反保密條款造成損失的，應由違約方承擔相應的法律責任。

四、爭議解決方式

雙方在履行本協議過程中發生爭議的，應通過友好協商解決；如協商不成，可向所在地人民法院提起訴訟。

英文版代理報關協議：

Party A (Principal): _________________ (hereinafter referred to as "Party A")

Party B (Agent): _________________ (hereinafter referred to as "Party B")

Whereas:

1. Party A needs to import or export goods but does not have relevant customs clearance qualification;

2. Party B has relevant customs clearance qualifications and can provide agent customs clearance services for Party A; and

3. In order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties and achieve legal compliance with cooperation, this agreement is hereby concluded after friendly negotiation between the two parties.

After friendly negotiation between the two parties, the following agreement is reached:

I. Entrusted Matters

1. Party A entrusts Party B to act as its agent in importing or exporting goods and submit relevant customs declaration documents to the customs.

2. Party A shall provide accurate and complete information about the goods and other documents.

3. Party A shall pay taxes and other fees in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the country.

II. Service Contents and Standards

1. Party B shall provide accurate and timely customs declaration services for Party A and ensure that the submitted documents are true, complete and accurate according to the relevant laws and regulations of the country.

2. Party B shall provide reasonable agent fees and service standards.
